Dr Joe Omollo, Doctor of Clinical Psychology, Diplomate in Clinical Psychiatry

He has a decorated educational background with a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, Bachelor of Education (Science), MA Counseling Psychology, MA Religion & Conflict Mediation, Msc Clinical Psychology, and Diplomate in Clinical Psychiatry. A specialist in Psychometrics, Clinical Neuropsychology and Behavioral Medicine, Dr Joe Omollo's expertise in mental health includes: Psychological Testing and Assessment, Individual and Family psychotherapy, Chemical Dependency Prevention & Treatment; Crisis intervention and Behavioral medicine; Skills in psycho-education and research; Training of Trainers (ToT) for community psychosocial intervention programs and disaster management; Skills in stress and conflict management. He is currently in Private Practice as founding director of the CPPI, focusing on Psychometrics; Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychotherapy; Marital and family therapy, Family Mediation and Rehabilitative Treatment for Dual-Diagnosed clinical populations. He is also involved in behavioral science research and training while working as adjunct faculty at the United States International University-Africa, Psychology Department.

Dr Joyce Wangari, Doctor of Clinical Psychology, Masters in Counseling Psychology

She is a Clinical & Counseling Psychologist and Research Specialist with 17 years' experience. Her niche is in assessments and interventions for people with disabilities and other special needs. She is a well published scholar-practitioner with a bevy of publications. She earned a global award at the American Psychological Association (APA) and is also a TED Talk laureate. She is the Founder and Executive Director, Gwira Communications Foundation, with flagship training series on a variety of Continuous Professional Development in Psychology, Research, and related capacity strengthening programs including Psychometric Assessments Introductory Course. She is also the founder of the largest dedicated daily online jobs platform for Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) opportunities in the region, providing career mentorship and internship and job placement support to practitioners.
